Botox/Dysport

BOTOX Cosmetic and Dysport contain a naturally occurring substance that blocks impulses from the nerve to the muscles in your face. These nearly painless injections soften wrinkles and fine lines by relaxing overactive facial muscles for 3-6 months. This has become the number 1 non-surgical cosmetic treatment with over 7 million procedures being performed each year. You can see why it is so popular due to its ease and safety only taking about 10 minutes to perform and with no downtime.

Dermal Fillers

Flanigan Facial Aesthetics offers Dermal Filler injections from both the JUVÉDERM and Restylane families. These are Hyaluronic Acid fillers that can plump, lift, contour or smooth various areas of the face.  Hyaluronic acid is a natural sugar found in the body that attracts water to hydrate and give the skin its plump, youthful volume. Over time hyaluronic acid and collagen decline causing the skin to lose this structure and volume. There are a variety of fillers available depending on the outcome you wish to achieve.

Kybella

You don’t have to be overweight to have fullness under your chin. Many times this can simply be caused by genetics and/or aging.  KYBELLA is a series of injections administered under the chin to permanently destroy fat cells responsible for double chin. KYBELLA is a synthetic deoxycholic acid, which is a naturally occurring molecule in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat. When injected into the fat beneath the chin, KYBELLA destroys fat cells, and over the course of several treatments causes a noticeable reduction in fullness under the chin.

Jaw Pain

At Flanigan Facial Aesthetics, Sara does perform BOTOX and Dysport injections in the strong muscles of the jaw and/or head to relieve symptoms associated with temperomandibular dysfunction (commonly referred to as TMJ or TMD). TMD is dysfunction of either the temporomandibular joint or the muscles surrounding this area. Common symptoms include pain in the jaw and/or temple regions, clicking and locking of the jaw, difficulty chewing, and even tension headaches.
